When using a knowledge base, my ai works good but not great. It sometimes doesn’t provide answers that I know are in the knowledge base. What is the best way to format a knowledge base? Like for example does Botpress work better if it’s formatted in json, xml, or just regular text in a word document? Does categorizing the info help? Any tips?
