Hello everyone, I hope this message finds you well. I have 2 issues that I need help with:
1. The knowledge base does not work properly most of the times. For instance, I am working on a chatbot for a real estate company. Now they offer properties with amenities such as corner plots, swimming pool, gym, etc. So I have provided the knowledge base a table that has a dedicated column for those amenities. But when I ask the bot questions related to amenities, it does not answer properly. It refers to a property that does not have a swimming pool, does have a swimming pool. This happens for many other cases as well.
2. How can I turn off auto-referencing in the bot responses from knowledge base? Is there a tutorial video that I'm missing? Or is it very simple?
I need help with these 2 issues. Anyone there helping me out would be great! Thank you.
