ah that's what you mean, I would say we are unlikely to change that. Since it's one of the top ways of creating a bot, we need to ensure it has a little bit of meat, otherwise we find that it becomes too hard to start. It's always a balance with templates. Too much content and it becomes confusing, too little and you have the same problem. It has little enough content that you can delete it in 20s and truly start from 0 if you want (and you can export it and re-import it, if you have a special use case)
