oh ok got it Thank you..... I was trying to add a knowledge base and a few other things, but wasn't finding it v12, so in v12, do we have that option? , in case I have missed and one more thing, in V12 I can view only NLP, so the AI and other things are not available in V12? @wide-oyster-38514
