Is there a way to make the Knowledge base engine better?
The problem is somehow the quality of the kb search is very poor.
I have an document with the name: "Services" and inside it there are multiple vectors with services that the company offers.
Now I have a conversation flow where the user asks a question like
what are the services you offer?
.
The knowledge base doesnt return a valid answer => it says there isn't a valid answer.
Is it possible to like intergrate the whole kb as context in the Ai Task?
