What is the best prompt that I can give to gpt, when working with data in the KB. Because sometimes when it didnt find anything in the KB its just saying uncorrect things, and sometimes the response is weird (added to much information etc.). Like what are the best practice etc. and should I use "AI Task" or "AI Generate Text" function?
