hello, I want to build a generative AI bot that will take information from the knowledge base (KB) and provide answers using GPT. I have tried using the common KB and AI tasks, but it usually does not give me good answers (it states that the information does not exist in the KB). Can you help me and tell me if it is possible to connect GPT to the KB and create a chatbot that is 100 percent generative and utilizes the KB?
