Currently, you can publish up to 5 chatbots on a free plan per one account. Yes, for those 5 it's free to publish and edit them as much as you want. Just a side note, they all come under the free 1000 messages/month allowance, so if you publish all 5 and your credit runs out, you would need to purchase more credits for messages👍
