I appreciate you sharing your words on this. It does give me some validation that my focus is on the right path. I totally agree about Botpress. I've said this before but they'll only keep getting better and the level of customization you can give your chatbot in Botpress is second to none. There's a great deal of it that's easy to use but also advanced features that set it apart from what you can do with it. OpenAI may add certain features over time to GPTs and the Assistants API but I still think a platform like Botpress gives you far greater capabilities and if you can find a way to integrate it all without needing to create a bunch a work arounds, this is where true value is.
