Spot on with what you said about specific use cases. Honestly, GPTs are not that good yet, I built a few for myself to test (my area is marketing) and results are not as custom as I would want them to be. My simple answer is Botpress is a dedicated chatbot/assistant builder with a lot of focus on that. They will keep adding features that would make the service that much better and custom for your client.
