Hello everyone, this is more of a conceptual question. My goal is to create chatbots to sell to clients with multiple properties so they can manage customer support for each of them. Should I create a chatbot for each property of the client, or should I create a single one that accesses the corresponding knowledge base of the property the user is in, based perhaps on a button indicating their location? Maybe there is a better variant that I am no seeing. Any tips are valuable!
