Yes i know, but if its closed then its closed. I have no problems with a helpdesk that is closed bc its night time. The problem is they want to be there and in their beds sleeping. You cant be at 2 places at the same time. Im not against the bot itself, its the way its being represented that is not making it better on the contrary its making it worse. Do the information for the user clear what this function is. Be clear or you'll lose alot of trust from your customers. Its important for u as a company making bots to do the research about how the bots actually are giving for effect.
