Does someone have experience in building a chatbot for a shopify store? I basically want to create a chatbot for an ecommerce business that uses shopify or other services like WooCommerce, ... So I would have to connect the chatbot to a Shopify-API and with this API I would have to retrieve product information from the actual product management system or whatever there is. With this information i could give user-recommendations and informations on products. Do you know how this is possible?
