For example a bot to help users navigate a website should only be answering queries if they are relevant to the contents of the webpages included in the KB. if a user asks the bot something completely random (e.g. what is your opinion on three wheeler motorcycles) the bot should NOT respond intelligently, but should go off to an error handling workflow.
