I'm most looking forward to dynamic survey bots throught GPT agents using key word indentification, and using the active script writing to designate specifics needs on pricing for the client based of a pricing spreadsheet from the client. Companies will benefit greatly from a Bot Sales Agent that determines specific needs based on conversation inputs and follow ups.
