Hi @lively-advantage-62783 there are two ways: you can create a dedicated Botpress account for your client, you can then simply go to your 'billing' section and check how many messages their chatbot is using. If you are using your own workspace, you can click on your client's chatbot and go to the analytics section. There, you can see how many messages that chatbot had gotten🙂
