When the chat begins the user is given two options he can choose from "I have a question? and "I want to join the club". What I need help with is when people choose the "I have a question?" option, and after some time chatting with the bot, they ask how they can join the certain club, the chatbot should suggest itself as a way to register for the club. How can I do that? Note: the "I have a question" section is the section where the chatbot has access to its knowledgebase which is the club's site
