Hi @bumpy-butcher-41910 imagine if you will that I have a sweet shop (AKA Candy Store) that only sells sweets (candy) from the UK. I put a list of all of the candy I sell into my KB. However the list of sweets I don’t sell is enormous and impossible to list in my KB. How can I get my bot to say “sorry I only know about UK sweets” any time anyone asks about sweets NOT listed in my KB. Happy Halloween
