I copied this from my earlier answers: If you want the bot to always respond with the correct link, this format now also seems to work very well (i.e. every time) if the Knowledge Base is a text file or document: ---------- Question: Do you sell Nike shoes? Answer: Yes we do! You can find more information [here](your-website.com/nike) Question: Another question Answer: Another answer ---------- So in Knowledge Base, put "Question:" in front of each question and "Answer:" in front of each answer. Then type in the answer, and in [] put the word you want to appear as a link, and in () put the real web link. It's important that there is no space between [word] and (link), but like this: [word](link). Instructions for these can be found on the Botpress YouTube channel in Robert's video "Style Messages" and in Sabrina's answers here on Discord using the search term "markdown".
