Yes but the knowledge base also is not good. For my experience I play with knowledge base and AI task. But when you need to recover some informations in the knowledge base you have less possibilitys and the output is in less quality than using a vector DB memory (with flowise or stackAI). Also if you want to improve your knowledge base in Botpress (if you don't have big data to retrieve). You can create in the knowledge base 3 categories for your work (laws, SOP and FAQ) in text documents or also in document. And try if it is good for you.
