Hello again friends, before i creat a help post im wondering if what im doing is just a very dumb mistake that is creaating my problem. I have searched the help and watched half the youtube videos(which are very good) but i have yet to fix the issue.... I have a greeting node that has a picture of a dog then the bot asks how it can help. it transitions to the next node wich has a workflow accessing a KB to retrive the answers for a program we run. it is all working fine EXCEPT... every interaction retriggers the main greeting and the picture and greeting shows up again... I want that to only happen when the bot is intially opened and then the rest of the conversation carrys on without that part. I hope that all makes sense and I additionally hope im just missing something super basic. 🙂 happy bottmaking!
