With Voiceflow, you can get much better results regarding this, and I believe Botpress really needs to provide some info to users on this topic, which is crucial for creating more human-like bots. Has anyone in the community managed to create memory with good results? Just working with the variable {{conversation.SummaryAgent.transcript}} isn't doing the trick for me.
