The only idea I had for now is to teach him and the team to think in ‘if-then’ fashion and manually build a doc that includes everything that has the potential to happen more than once or is prone to human error/misunderstanding/lack of clear communication… so I can use is as a knowledge base… and update it regularly as it grows and evolves.
