On WhatsApp, emails, crm, slack etc. I’m working with a business owner of a big company and they don’t necessarily have any docs or faq that OpenAI could access in one place.. But he was complaining that often he has to explain/repeat the same information to different team members, there are inefficiencies in communication, prioritizing tasks etc. Would be incredible if there was a bot for internal communication that could learn bit by bit about how the CEO thinks and how the employees think.. and eventually it would be capable enough to make decisions and respond to team members (even to prospects or clients over emails or WhatsApp messages) on his behalf..
