Hi guys, I'm really having trouble with the bot's answers for this one project I'm doing. It's for a tax and law firm and it's just not giving the right information eventhough everything is in the knowledge base I provided. The AI is also not really doing what I'm asking it to. If anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it.
