this is an example of my knowledge-base answering workflow
And im going to have a seprate KB workflow for Flowise. When botpress does not have the answer
botpress has a KB about products
flowise has information about my clients company
and GPT for emotions.

That is actually a pretty good way of doing it. I was thinking of using Langchain as a fallback but Flowise is much easier to set up and use. Maybe you could create a tutorial for this once you get it working?

I built a chatbot that creates a thread in disocrd and answerd the users question aswell
