I had mad a bot but it sometimes stops responding let me know whatvthe problem is
It is working well in emulator but when published not work
Is published chatbot link get expired after 24hr

No such Integration
Just a regular bot which is published
It is just showing loading not showing any response in mobile
Sometime it won't work on both
But itis working great in emulator

That is the webchat integration. Does it also happen when you are on your pc. Also are you using any single choice or multiple choice cards in your workflow?

When I start and import the same template and publish the same template it startsworking, the olde publish bot is not working where template in boy are same

Hey there, when it stopped working, would the bot ever answer back to the user? Or the bot would litteraly stop. Also would it stop at the same spot?
Which error would you get when the bot stopped?

Basically, when I run in emulator it works fine,but when I published and share the bot it sometime stop working like for example;if I ask questions from kb it will just buffer not gives output to user queries,to resolve this issue i every time download my bot template and then create a new bot and tries to import my older template to newely generated bot ,please help me with this

As I mentioned earlier it starts to buffer and did not give user reply some time when published

I have done what you have said, I have used start node instead of trigger node ,it works . But the problem arises when I use the link which is generated (publish link) after some days like 2 or 3 days it will not work ,and starts buffering .

I had changed the ui of bot ,but same problem arises of buffering. Though I had reported, let me know how to resolve.
