Case: user wants to check up on a certain product, so the chatbot should collect the user's info (name, number, and case) via variables, store them in a table (on botpress), then send a whatsapp message or an email to our team with the info so they can followup later. I want to use zapier to make that happen as simply as possible as it is a one-way conversation, but I am conflicted: on this tutorial "web hooks" is used to connect botpress to zapier via google sheets (and using execute code) - https://webhook.botpress.cloud/44003b49-eccc-480e-aeac-d387dc8cf70c on zapier, there is an "invite only" botpress integration (attached) which should work. The problem is, I keep getting an error message when I use the JSON string provided in this document (https://botpress.com/docs/cloud/channels/zapier/). So I'm not sure what to do or what way to follow.

Hi @purple-dream-91712 I think there are more Make.com projects here at the moment. But since it's quite similar to use than Zapier, if you check out tutorials-section or use the Discord search function and type "make.com", maybe you'll get some ideas from those 👍
