hello guys, i have built a bot and it is working fine in the emulator, but when i loaded on the html file of an ionic app the bot keep thinking. Some one can help me to solve that or point me to the right direction? thanks

Hello @gentle-eve-42548 , I have faced that issue before. For my situation, it happened because the conversation ended as the chatbot did not know what to respond and when I refreshed the page, that thinking three dot sign was gone. If that is the same case for you, I would suggest you to update your workflow. If this is not the case for you, can you explain your problem a bit more please?

I am not familiar with the ionic workflow, but maybe if you reload the page you may see it. You can do one more thing for testing purpose. After you publish your bot, you may see an option to share your bot. https://mediafiles.botpress.cloud/.../webchat/bot.html You'll see link something like this (I've modified this link to give you an example). Open the link you get in an incognito mode to try.
