so I have the bot embebed in whatsapp adn suddenly, after a significant amount of exchanged messages, the bot simply stops replying. Is there some limit within botpress, is there something I am doing wrong ?

No limit, unless you've spent all your credits. Which pricing plan are you on?

Ok, so you are probably on the old pricing. In which case, you'll need to move your chatbot to a new workspace where you'll have access to those:

No, nothing to do with the $$$. Unless you ran out of credits.
But it wouldn't continue the conversation
The issue might be with the Agents. Are you using a bunch of agents? Sometimes it slows down the conversation.
Or an execute card / AI card. It could take a bit more time for the bot to answer.
Oh one thing! Is your account verified?

Apparently my default workspace where I started was on old pricing. I tried to move my chatbot to a new workspace but getting a Access Denied message. Did I do anything wrong?

Hey, so you need to export your bot. Then you need to create a new workspace and add your bot to your new workspace with the import button.
