Hello, Iam trying to use a Website as a Knowledge base, but as the website as no sitemaps (poor SEO), and a lot of videos, it's hard for Botpress to actually get any value compared to what the human eye could take. Is it better to simply translate the website to a document for the bot to have better answers ? Thanks a lot

Hey @future-action-68905, firstly I thought it's another @jolly-policeman-82775 lol. Yes, it would be better to document your KB in your proposed method. From personal experience, documents and tables always deliver more accurate results than a website. Most websites are built with visual elements in mind, not for the ease for crawling it🙂

I would say it's better to have your information organized. You could divide it in different document, and so upload different KBs to divide things up.
