Yes I know, but some Clients don’t want to use an additional Service. So it would be much easier if its implement directly in botpress.

Yeah except it only sends emails. I dont think it sends responses to the chat directly.

@cuddly-pager-24971 The problem I'd say is that if there are no humans online, then you'll wait for no one. If they are online they might not answer you right away and during that time you won't be able to chat, or if you are still able to chat, you'll get messages both from human and both which might not be fun
But I like the idea, I wished too we could have that
