Unfortunately at this stage the functionality of this menu is useless. I can only see the most recent users, not the most recent posts. Is there any way to change this? The problem is that if an account was registered a long time ago, I just can't find new posts from that user in it. Therefore, from a management point of view, the conversation manager functionality is useless. Since I can't effectively reply to users, view chat history because there is no filtering by recent messages.
