Just tested RTL - are you serious? It is a setting in the STYLE SHEET - at the time where langauge change (and thus change LTR/RTL) is something that is done in the translation agent, so - if the langauge switches from english to arabig, the bot does not switch to RTL. Seriously needs some rework, and at least for me that blocks the use of arabic, while - I am in the UAE and we plan targeting arabic countries 😉
