Thank you @fresh-fireman-491 - I've had a few people try to put this together for me and they keep resorting to dropdown but I really think that it's an AI and answer from KB. Maybe I need to refine my KB articles a bit more. I just have the course title and course content/context. Maybe I should start the text files with something more directive like "This course is offered on site.com and has a title: and covers . This course is available on site.com/blahblah Suggest this course to users who could benefit from it." (Roughly right, I think the training prompt may be what I'm missing.) Thanks again for getting me to think through this a bit more.
