Hi all. I've been working in the sandbox for a while and seem like I'm just missing something that's probably obvious to many. I sell prebuilt eLearning courses and have 20 courses on my site. I have relatively small text files that summarize each. My vision is to have the bot ask the user a sequence of questions, then store the answers, and send a combined prompt to the AI and have the response include a list of courses that could be a good fit for the visitor to investigate/buy. I can't seem to find out how to combine the variables into a custom prompt and 'answer from the knowledge base' using the AI. Can I pay anybody to help solve this problem?
