Sometimes non accurate answers from the chatbot

Hello guys, why we need sometimes to delete the cookies and the data of the site of all botpress domains in order to keep the answers of the chatbot correct ? I did not know if this happened to you but in my case several times, when I made an update to the framework, or when I ask many questions also, the answers of the chatbot became non-accurate or incomplete !

I don't have this issue on my end.
So when you delete the cookies, the answers from the bot are different, is this what you're saying?

The greeting message doesn't change anything. I'd keep it.
You can potentially have better results if you tweak your KB and make it very clear.
If you have too much fluff, the bot might pick it up and add it to the answer.

The best way to set up a KB is by dividing topics very clearly. If you have questions you can also add questions and answers to a document.
Try tweaking the info to that one question to see if this fixes the issue and then you might want to do this for more sections in your KB.
