Duplicate messages, data sending error

Is there a maximum or recommended size for building bots?
The issue is that: I have integration on WhatsApp.
However, when I start a conversation, duplicate data is sent or when starting a node, it responds up to a certain point and then returns to the beginning of the conversation.
I enabled the "Always Active" mode
And set the inactive time to 1440 minutes (which is the maximum) but the error still persists.
I need your help, please.

Here's how to send the Botpress Team a problem report:
1. In the Botpress Cloud Studio, locate the "Help" icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.
2. Click "Report a problem" and follow the steps on the screen.
3. Copy the Report ID to your clipboard and provide it to a member of the Botpress Team on Discord.
