I want the user to not be asked again about their contact information every time they use the bot, I want the bot to learn users so that when they return they have a more personalised conversation.
I tried user variables but didn't know how to keep the user's information saved in them.
In the contact info capture cards, I turned on the option which says skip if variable is filled but didn't work.
I did a quick check before asking them for their information if the user variables are already entered in the table (I created a table to store the user's info in it) but still didn't work.
