Billing problem

My workspace spend limit was set to $10. It reached $9.33 and all my bots stopped working. So, I increased the spend limit to $20. Nothing. Now I find out that I am without bots until April 1. That's 9 days with no service because you won't let me increase my spend limit between billing cycles. This is incredibly inconvenient and it needs to be fixed immediately. Please reply to me by email when you correct this utter blunder.
