A video that will show on chat as the user gets to the node. Is that a feature that exist (as a URL video)? The problem with uploading the vid as file is the size. Perhaps there is a code to execute this? considering to give it a try

You can upload it somewhere like AWS S3 then just paste the .mp4 link into the card
