im back with questions! aahha 1. when i update my assistant's instruction, i just need to make "publish" one more time so those instructions will be updated in the bot? 2. if i want to make some other actions - for example to get an email from my user into botpresses's table, just to add an intent into the node with this index card? thanks againnn

I haven't used the assistant template a lot, but you could try and add a function to your assistant. This function would use the tables API. https://botpress.com/docs/api-documentation/#tables
