You dont train it automatically. It should normally be trained manually and would recommend the client to change the knowledge base themselves (most useful case of a dynamically trained chatbot and let them do it themselves, since you dont want to be stuck upgrading their chatbot until you die) and for example add knowledge about things that the bot didnt have before. E.g User : How much do you services cost? Bot: I dont have an answer to your question (Bot stores the answer) Client check the unanswered questions and add knowledge into the knowledge base to answer that question. My services cost 100$
