We have a Microsoft Teams integration between Botpress/Teams/OpenAI. We ran a test today with 4 users all asking the Bot questions. When I log into botpress I only see 2 of the 4 conversations showing in the conversations section of the site. Curious to why this might be happening and if there is anything I can do to fix it.
