Botpress has a lot of great tutorials on their YT channel https://www.youtube.com/@Botpress/videos, you can just pick the one that suits you the best. I think a video like this one would help you the most. There's also a lot of great tutorials in https://discord.com/channels/1108396290624213082/1132038253109837994, but I couldn't find one that was specifically made about RAG with FAQ.
