The only way to get a proper response, is if the user adds a question mark to the end. e.g., if the input is "the ac is not working", the log shows "Skipping KB: turn message has no question", and no response is provided, but if the input is "the ac is not working?'" it (usually) gets the correct information to be displayed to the user...is this the correct behavior?
