No, the problem is related to the system not tokens. When I use different it works.

But this is in the KB, not the bot. I don't try to use it in the bot if it doesn't work in KB directly. The KB is set up with the page URL to be searched for information.

Ah you asked the question directly in the knowledge base
My guess is you just dont have an answer to your question in your KB
Have you tried website knowledge base instead ?

I ask using copy/paste from the source - I use the header or title of the page to make sure it can be found even by the simplest function
