Hello all! Any ways to fix this? I've tried to prompt the personality agent, but this seems not to be related at all. Is there an editable knowldege base/system prompt like in Voiceflow? Seems like the bot does not know the word "you" refers to the whole company and therefore KB agent fails to answer. Also just a simple quick question in addition to this 🙂 Are there options to make global intents - on every node the bot detects if the user talks about something and teleports to another flow? Thank you!

@elegant-car-67771 in the KB agent, you need to change it to answer manual if you are going to show the answer on your own like in your card
Already done. It sometimes answers correctly and sometimes does not tell the answer even though the knowledge base finds it when asked the same question separately to the KB.

So the issue is that it doesn't recognize the questions as a question.
There is a post with the same issue, where Sara solved it, just a minute
