Hi! I'm new to Botpress and currently working on a bot designed to provide crucial insights for women travelers planning a trip to Paris. Our aim with this bot is to gather data on the specific questions women often have before or during their travels. However, I've encountered an issue: the bot is delivering multiple pieces of information from the Knowledge Base (see attached screenshot) in response to a single query, rather than just one piece of info. Despite searching on Discord and YouTube, I haven't found a solution. Does anyone know how to configure the bot to provide only one tip or recommendation from the Knowledge Base per query? Hey buddy! You can utilise the AI cards to control the content of your answers. Also, you can try using your Knowledge Agent by including a prompt to specify the length of the answer 🙂
