Today I receive email alerts when 75% of the quota is reached, which are a great way to inform that I am consuming a great deal of the maximum limit, "watch out". However, I had some unexpected usage spikes and the the chatbot reached the limit, which caused some users to be unanswered.
Then, it would be also good to receive an alert when the quota is almost fully consumed (e.g. 90%), since this would indicate: "Hey you really need to increase some limits".
An even better option for me would be a post-paid approach, in which I could set a maximum quota, but I would pay for what I really used. Today I need to micromanage the quota limits almost weekly and try to estimate the usage until the end of month.
